Capt. Leo was an advanced bio-tech robot. He grew conscious about the dangers of using his kind of robots in the future warfare. So he tried to protest the robotics program by attacking The US with a nuclear missile. Fortunately Lt. Harp stopped him. But I think Capt. Leo ultimately managed to prove his point.

It is hard to believe that Arthur Fleck will ever going to be the Clown Prince of Crime. At a glance he does not possess the necessary skillset to go up against someone like The Batman. Although his gun wielding capabilities may be a hint to show that he is not unskilled as he seems.

The origin and the potential of Carrie White’s paranormal powers
Carrie White was an extremely powerful mutant who possessed a wide range of paranormal powers. In any other story she could have been a superhero, but not in this story. Constant abusing and bullying prevented Carrie from becoming a superhero, instead it made her a supervillain.
